Join us in the Walled Garden for a morning of centring and grounding in nature.
We spend so much time in our busy minds it is easy to lose touch with our body and the amazing world around us. This Sunday morning Stu Lee Wellness takes us on a journey through breathwork, moving meditation, and Qigong, aided by the walled garden and PYRUS wild flower meadow.
This immersive workshop will reconnect you with nature and cleanse your mind.
The workshop closes with a walking meditation through the meadow, followed by an opportunity to choose a few wild flowers to bind and take home to enjoy.
