who we are

Luxury Sustainable Florist Working Across Scotland.

From our Victorian walled garden in East Lothian, PYRUS creates luxury wedding flowers, creative floristry and seasonal botanical workshops for clients across Edinburgh and Scotland, using sustainably grown British flowers inspired by the changing seasons.

the walled garden

The origin of our work and home to the PYRUS Pavilion.

Our Victorian walled garden is more than a source of materials—it’s the heart of PYRUS. Here, on three sheltered acres near Edinburgh, we grow unusual, scented and seasonal flowers that fuel our design work and supply the wider floral community.

The garden is also home to the PYRUS Pavilion, a creative space for workshops and gatherings, where nature sets the rhythm and creativity flows.

ETHOS

our story, values and
creative philosophy.

Established in 2011, PYRUS is a specialist botanical design studio and sustainable florist rooted in a Victorian walled garden near Edinburgh.

We work exclusively with UK-grown materials, much of which is cultivated by our own hands. Our work is led by the seasons, shaped by the land and guided by a commitment to sustainable floral design without compromise.

We believe flowers can evoke a powerful sense of time and place, creating moments that feel natural, expressive and profound.

weddings

Luxury Sustainable Wedding Flowers in Scotland.

From intimate celebrations to grand country house weddings, PYRUS creates luxury sustainable wedding flowers for couples across Edinburgh, East Lothian and Scotland.

As a specialist botanical design studio and sustainable florist, we design every wedding around the season, using British-grown flowers and foliage—much of it grown within our own Victorian walled garden. The result is creative floristry that feels deeply connected to the landscape, celebrating natural movement, texture and scent rather than convention.

Our work is sought after by couples looking for a high-end wedding florist who values artistry, sustainability and exceptional craftsmanship in equal measure. Whether you’re planning a city wedding in Edinburgh, a celebration on the East Lothian coast or a Scottish country estate wedding, every floral design is created exclusively for your day.
